Texas Bound!

Just a quick post to let everyone know we made it to Texas safe and sound and God is truly blessing! It was truly our pleasure to meet and become part of everyone’s life that is part of COTC! We hope and pray you each continue your journey to becoming stronger and healthier in every aspect of your lives!

You each are part of our lives now and we carry with us wonderful memories and new friendships as we also continue on our journey. As of now,  COTC will be on hold for the next 6 months as Jen completes school here in Texas. After that, we should be in full force again wherever God sends us next!

 For time:
20 Thrusters
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
20 Push jerks
20 Overhead squats
20 Front squats

Men will use a 95lb barbell. Women will use 65lbs. Each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute before moving on to the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once he/she has completed all 20 reps. If the minute clock beeps during a repetition the athlete will complete their rep and then start their four burpees. (There is a 20 min cap.)
